Games after Proverbs

After the Proverbs Bible Study, we went to Russ’s and played games. We started off with a big Apples to Apples game. I recall that Robin Williams somehow beat both Hand Grenades and Electric Eels for Cuddly, and that Flat Tires are Sweet.

Then we played Settlers of Catan, beginning rather late into the evening.

I was pleased to win.

Despite my scorn for the Monopoly card, it was actually this card that gave me the victory

Then, somehow we started another game of Settlers at 1am …

As we rolled to go first, Dave and I tied five times in a row, until I beat him 5 to 6

Game Night

Last night games were enjoyed at Ian’s.

I was pleased to win at Star Munchkin. I ended up as a “Psychic Mutant half-breed Feline.”

By the end of the game I had a 41 attack. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen such a high attack in Munchkin.

Then we played Robo Rally. While Ian repeatedly went the wrong direction, Laura managed to zoom past the rest of us and touch the 4th flag before most of us even touched the 3rd.
